A wanted man has been arrested for drug driving after a foot pursuit in Bury St Edmunds.

Officers from the Roads and Armed policing unit spotted the man driving in Bury St Edmunds yesterday afternoon who they suspected was disqualified.

The man abandoned his vehicle and fled on foot but was soon stopped by officers.

He tested positive for driving whilst under the influence of cocaine. He was also wanted by Norfolk Police
