Police in Bury St Edmunds issued a Roadside prohibition notice to the car which appears to have previously been involved in an accident.
The blue VWâs passengers side had suffered major damage on the passenger side but despite this it was still being driven on the road in Bury St Edmunds on Friday. The car was also traveling on a space saver tyre.
Police issued an Immediate prohibition PG9 order
