Following its success last summer, Bury St Edmunds market traders are inviting you to come dine with a difference at its Friday Food Fest next Friday (19 July).
The market has seen as increase in the variety and popularity of food stalls in recent years. Now itâs inviting people to come along and enjoy great tasting food and drink alfresco alongside live music. There will be a selection of 15 different food and drink stalls to choose from as well as a bar and childrenâs entertainment. The Friday Food Fest will run from 12 noon to 9pm.
Cllr Peter Stevens, Cabinet Member for Operations at West Suffolk Council said: âWe have some wonderful food stalls on our markets and they have become very popular with market shoppers and town centre workers, so much so that the market in Bury St Edmunds created a new seating area in May.
âWe are pleased to be supporting the Bury St Edmunds Market Traders with this second Friday Food Fest. Come along, relax and enjoy some delicious food and drink alongside some live music at this summer spectacular.â
