Appeal For Missing Girl 14

Police are appealing for the public’s help to find a 14 year old girl who has gone missing from Hertford. Heather Smith, who is from Rocester near Uttoxeter, was last seen in Hertford at around 3.50pm on Tuesday (May 22). She is described as being around 5ft 3in tall, of slim build with long straight blonde hair. She was last seen wearing a black long sleeved crop top, a green body warmer, a green parka coat with brown fur and black Nike trainers. Heather also has links to Welwyn Garden City, Hemel Hempstead and Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk If you have seen Heather since she went missing or have information about her whereabouts please contact Hertfordshire Constabulary via the non-emergency number 101. Missing Person – Mathew Goodwin

Police are appealing for help to trace a man missing from the Great Finborough area. Matthew Goodwin, aged 52, was last seen at his home address in Great Finborough, around 10:30am – 11.00am on Monday 26th March 2018.  Matthew has taken his vehicle – a silver Peugeot 206 –  BW52 JWJ. Matthew is described as a white male, 6 foot tall, bald and thin build.  He was last wearing blue jeans, and a black bomber jacket and wears a baseball cap most of the time.

Missing Teenager Joshua Rukwira

Police are appealing for help in tracing a missing 14 year old teenager with links to the Newmarket area. Joshua Rukwira was reported missing to police on Wednesday 24 January and has not been seen since.It is possible he may have travelled to London, but could also still be in Suffolk.  He is described as black, five foot, eight inches tall, of thin build and with black hair.  When last seen he was wearing a black jacket with a hood, a black backpack, pale blue stonewash jeans and Nike trainers.Officers have made enquiries to locate Joshua but have not yet been able to locate him and are concerned for his welfare. Anyone who believes they have seen him or who has any information regarding his whereabouts, is asked to contact Suffolk Police on 101.
