Abbey Gardens Fireworks Display – what do I do with my ticket?

Bury St Edmunds round table was forced to cancel the fireworks display in the Abbey Gardens over the weekend due to the wind.

In a statement on their facebook page the round table said that “Due to forecasted wind direction of powerful gusts the members of Bury St Edmunds Round Table are sorry to inform you that following consultation with our fireworks contractor, and our health and safety officer we have been forced to cancel Saturday evening’s fireworks display in the Abbey Gardens”.

The display raises funds for local charities and good causes with Suffolk Mind being the headline charity this year who were due to receive 50% of money raised.

Refunds for pre-sales will be available to ticket holders from a representative of the Round Table at The Scandinavian Coffee House on Angel Hill on Saturday the 10th from 9-5 or you can hold on to your tickets for the 2019 show.

The round table is also organising a raffle for those who want to donate their ticket to the charities. You can do this at The Scandinavian Coffee House on Saturday the 10th.

If you bought your ticket online from the Apex box office, please contact them from a refund.
